The payment of the goods is made in advance to the Proforma, with communication of the accountant via mandatory email

The preparation for the evasion of the goods for collections and/or possibly international delivery will take place the day after the payment has been entered into the accounts.

The preparation times are from 3 to 5 working days without any exceptions, and the conclusion of it will be communicated to the customer by email.

The collection of goods in logistics is strictly permitted during logistics hours Mon-Fri 8-12:30/14:30-17:00

The collection of the goods must be strictly organized with notice via email, at least one day before, with communication of the vehicle registration number and CMR.

As per the international import/export laws in force, the goods will not be processed if the collection date, vehicle registration number and CMR are not provided in advance

If you need the service from our international transport partners to your destination, please request it via email at the time of the order, writing all the address and contact details exactly, whether the road is accessible or not with whether or not a tail lift and/or pallet truck is needed.
